A 3D scene: a crane holds a concrete skip over a building site in Bodija. As you scroll, wet concrete pours into the formwork, each slab cures from dark to pale grey, columns rise, and the building grows to six storeys.

From quarry to slab

One company, from the rock to your formwork

We own every step from the limestone face to the truck at your gate. That is why our batch codes can tell you the exact day your cement left the mill.

1

Quarry

Limestone from our own face at Moniya, mapped and blended so every week of clinker has the same chemistry.

2

Kiln

Heated to 1,450°C in a 68 metre rotary kiln, then cooled fast to lock in strength.

3

Mill

Ground with gypsum to a fineness checked every two hours by the plant laboratory.

4

Bag and batch

Packed in 50 kg woven bags with a batch code, or batched into ready-mix at Bodija.

5

Your site

Loaded from 6am, tracked on the road, signed for at your gate with the certificate on your phone.

Do it yourself

Count your bags, plan your pour, pay a small deposit.

Builders tell us the hard part is not buying cement. It is knowing how much, getting it there before the traffic, and not paying twice. These tools do the sums the way a site engineer would.
