What a good pour looks like

Our pour engineers follow the same checklist on every site.

Trucks spaced right

One truck every 25 to 35 minutes, so the crew never waits and the concrete never waits for the crew.

No water added

Drivers carry slump cones and will not add water at the gate. Ask for a wetter mix when you book.

Pump set up early

The pump arrives 45 minutes before the first truck and is primed and tested.

Cubes taken

Three cubes from every second truck, collected the next morning.

Finishing crew ready

Power floats or bull floats, and curing covers on site before the first truck.

One number to call

The dispatch desk is on the phone for the whole pour.
