Tasting notes

Red grape, pomegranate and a fine sparkle

A deep rose colour with a soft, fine sparkle. Fresh red grape, pomegranate and a squeeze of lime.

Not too sweet, because we blend tart Chenin juice with ripe Syrah. It is poured at every tour, every lunch and every celebration on the estate.
