Visiting
Do I need to book?
For tours and lunch, yes. The cellar door shop and terrace welcome walk in visitors.
Can children visit?
Yes. Under 18s are welcome on walks, family events and at lunch, and are served Grape Press or juice.
Is the estate accessible?
The terrace, kitchen, shop and cellar door are step free. A buggy can take guests along the top of the rows.
Wine and age
How do you check age?
Guides ask for ID from anyone who looks under 25 before any tasting, and drivers check ID on every delivery.
Can I taste if I am driving?
We pour Grape Press for drivers. We can also book a local driver for your group.
Do you sell alcohol free drinks?
Yes, the Grape Press, made from our own grapes, at every tour and in the shop.
Orders and payment
How can I pay?
Card or bank transfer through Receivly, our payment partner, or POS at the estate. This demo takes example payments only.
Where do you deliver?
Across Nigeria. Same day in Enugu, next day nearby, two to three days to Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
Can I return wine?
Unopened bottles in perfect condition within 14 days, for credit or refund. Broken bottles are replaced.
Club and account
How do I manage my club case?
Sign in to your account to swap bottles, pause, or change the delivery address.
Where are my receipts?
In your account under receipts, ready to download.
Who answers the chat?
The Vablus concierge answers common questions and books tours; it hands over to a person on the team for anything else.
