Keep proper books, report exports and local sales each quarter, follow the design code and the environmental plan, and hire locally where you can. It is the deal that keeps incentives in place for everyone.

Questions

About incentives

Are these the current rules?

This page is an example summary for the demo. The live site carries the zone’s current regulations and a downloadable investor guide.

Can a local company qualify?

Yes. Nigerian, foreign and joint venture companies all qualify on the same terms.

What happens if I sell more locally than planned?

You pay normal duties on the local share. Tell investor relations early and we will help you adjust your licence.
