How to invest

Six steps from first call to first export

Each step, who you deal with, what you need and how long it takes. Your investor portal tracks every one.

  1. Talk to investor relations

A first call or WhatsApp chat about your project, the plot you need and the incentives that apply. Same week.

  2. Visit the zone

Walk the plots with the zone engineer and meet the one-stop centre. Half a day.

  3. Hold a plot

Pay the ₦1,500,000 hold fee to keep it for 60 days, credited to your first rent.

  4. Apply for a licence

Submit your project plan, company documents and environmental plan online. About 10 working days for a complete file.

  5. Sign the lease and build

Lease signed, building plan approved, contractor on site. Three to nine months.

  6. Start operations

Customs bond, work permits and your first export cleared at the depot.
