The idea
Build. Launch. Grow.
Every business we work with moves through the same three moments. The mark shows them.
Build
Two forms, held apart. The business is being worked out, and nothing has been designed yet. This is where most of the thinking happens, and it is the part most agencies skip.
Launch
The orange form steps forward. The brand now exists, and the market can see it. The gap stays open, because the brand never replaces the business behind it.
Grow
The form behind gets larger. The business outgrows the brand that launched it, and the brand still holds the front. That is what growth looks like when the order was right.
A logo does not build a business. A business builds a brand. A brand builds trust. Trust builds growth.
Five practices, one journey
Each practice exists to serve a stage of the work. Clients don't buy services from a menu. They move through a structured engagement.

Six phases, in order
The numbering is real. No phase opens until the one before it has produced an output you have signed.
Phase 01: Understand the business.
Discover
We learn the business, the founders, the market, the competitors and the customer. Nothing is designed and nothing is assumed until we know what we are actually working with.
What you get
- Findings document
- Opportunity shortlist
- Competitive map
Engagements, not deliverables
You don't buy a logo or a website. You buy a defined engagement with a fixed scope, a fixed timeline and a written definition of done.
Businesses, not logos
We measure success by the businesses we help build, so the work is presented as decisions and outcomes, not as a gallery.
Thinking out loud
Consulting is sold on demonstrated judgement. Here is ours, in public.
Before you ask
An agency executes a brief. A consultancy interrogates it. We are hired to have an opinion on the business, which sometimes means telling a client that the thing they asked for is not the thing they need.
Not on its own. A logo produced without positioning behind it will be replaced within a few years, and we would rather not sell you something twice. If you need identity work, it begins with a short strategic engagement.
It depends on the engagement type and phase count. Every proposal carries a fixed timeline and a written definition of done for each phase, so you always know what you are getting and when.
Yes. We are based in Asaba and work with clients across Nigeria and beyond. Discovery can run remotely where travel is not practical.
Phase 06. Covorn Marketing takes the business into acquisition, retention and scale, usually on a retainer, so the strategy keeps compounding rather than being handed over and forgotten.
