Who we work for.
Buyers who want to know before they pay. Lenders who need a valuation they can rely on. Families settling an estate. Companies valuing property for their accounts. Embassies and agencies renting homes for staff.
We do not sell or let property ourselves, so our only interest is the right figure.
File 06
What clients say.
The report was clear, on time and the bank accepted it without a single query. That saved us weeks.
They found a beacon twelve metres from where the seller showed us. We renegotiated before paying.
As executors we needed one figure everyone could trust. Thornbury explained it to the whole family.
