Twenty-two years ago, Summit was three welders and a pickup in Trans-Amadi. The company grew the way the best oilfield businesses do: by being the crew that turned up when the weather turned, and by sending the same faces back to the same fields. Today we run four bases, 38 standing crews and a yard at Onne, and we still answer the operations phone ourselves.
This issue is about capability, honestly told. Too many tenders ask for everything and get a yes to everything. Our matrix says exactly which work our own people do, where we bring in partners, and where we would rather point you elsewhere. We think that is how trust is built, one scope at a time.
