How we can help
Nothing is too small to bring
You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis. Many people come because something feels heavy and they want to think it through with someone outside their family.
Talking on your own
For adults 18 and over. Worry, low mood, stress, a decision you keep circling, or simply feeling stuck.
Couples
For partners who want to talk and listen better, before marriage, after a hard season, or when deciding what comes next.

In their words
What people tell us
Shared with permission. Names are left out on purpose.
I came because I could not sleep. I stayed because for one hour a week nobody needed anything from me.
My husband did not want to come. By the third session he was the one reminding me.
She spoke Hausa with my mother, and English with me. Nobody was left out.
No pressure
When you are ready, we are here
Booking takes about three minutes and you can stop at any point. You do not need a referral or a reason that sounds big enough.
