A moving relief map of our ten practice areas. Each area is a hill, and dashed arcs show the areas that most often work together on one matter. Every area is listed as a link below.
From the managing partner
The law works best when it is done in the open, on time and with care.
Twenty-eight years ago, three lawyers opened a two-room office with a borrowed generator and a promise to clients: tell them the truth early, put the fee in writing and answer the phone. The firm is larger now, with 64 lawyers and a full set of chambers in Gwarinpa, but the promise has not changed.
This issue of our site is built like a magazine because our work is a story told in documents. You will find our ten practice areas drawn as a map at the top of the page, because almost every serious matter crosses more than one of them. A solar plant needs energy, banking, land and tax lawyers in the same room.
You will also find our fees, in the open. Clients in Abuja deserve to know what legal work costs before they begin, and we would rather lose a quote than surprise a client with an invoice. Book a consultation, bring your papers, and let us show you how we work.

To the editors,
We were about to pay for a plot in Katampe. Their search found a second allocation over the same land. The fee was small. What it saved us was not.
Ifeoma, example client
Dear Sovereign,
The case plan told us the honest odds, the budget and the timeline in two pages. Eighteen months later the numbers were still right.
Example client, building materials supplier
A note of thanks,
Our handbook was rewritten in three weeks and the managers were trained in plain language. Disciplinary hearings are calmer and better recorded.
