Your first visit

Forty five minutes, all about you

No rush, no conveyor belt. Here is what happens from the moment you walk in.

A clinician showing a patient a scan on a tablet
  1. We listen

Your story first: when it started, what makes it better or worse, your work, your sport, your worries. Bring any scans or letters.

    About 15 minutes
  2. We look at how you move

Simple movement, strength and nerve checks. You stay in comfortable clothes; shorts and a vest top are ideal.

    About 15 minutes
  3. We explain what we found

In plain words, with a drawing if it helps. If anything needs a doctor or a scan first, we tell you and write a letter.

    About 5 minutes
  4. We agree a plan together

How many sessions, how often, what you can do at home. Your plan is reviewed at every visit and can change.

    About 5 minutes
  5. You start moving

Most people leave with two or three exercises on a printed sheet and a video on WhatsApp.
