Trying for a family can be quiet, private work, and in Enugu it often comes with a lot of advice from a lot of people. We started Novacare to offer something calmer: a place where a doctor sits down with you, explains what is happening in your body, and lays out the options without hurry or pressure.
Every couple or person who comes to us has a named nurse from the first visit to the last. That nurse knows your story, sends your dates on WhatsApp, and is the voice you hear when results come in. You will never have to repeat yourself to a new face.
We care for both partners. Around half of the questions we see involve the male partner too, so our assessments look at both of you together, kindly and privately. Men's clinic runs every Saturday morning.
Our fees are written down before anything begins. Use the cost planner to see example prices, talk to our finance desk about spreading payments, and bring your HMO card so we can check what your plan covers.
Most of all, we are honest. Fertility treatment helps many people, and it does not work for everyone. We will tell you what we know, what we do not, and support you whatever the result.
