Check the date
The availability calendar shows free, held and booked days for every hall, kept current from our bookings app.

Get a written quote
The quote wizard prices the hall, delegates, menu and add-ons. An events planner checks it and calls you the same day.
- 4
Pay 30% to hold it
Pay the deposit by card or bank transfer through Receivly. The balance is due ten working days before the event.

What every event gets
No surprise line items. These come with every hall hire, whatever the size.
Power that does not blink
Grid supply with two 500 kVA sets on automatic changeover. Your stream stays up when the grid drops.
Wi-Fi for every guest
Two fibre lines with failover, 1 Gbps shared, separate network for your stream and speakers.
Parking for 420 cars
Marshalled parking with a covered drop-off, so guests in agbada and heels stay dry in the rainy season.
Interpretation booths
Two permanent booths in Atlantic Hall for English, French or any language your delegates need.
Security and first aid
Trained guards, walk-through scanners at the main foyer and a nurse on duty for events over 300 guests.
Kitchen on site
Our own kitchen serves 1,500 covers. Bring an outside caterer for a corkage fee if you prefer.
Sound and a technician
House sound in every hall with a technician from setup to close. Screens and projectors included.
Green rooms and prayer rooms
Two green rooms for speakers and quiet prayer rooms for Muslim and Christian guests.

What organisers say
